Right of withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days and begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.
For orders of several items that are used together or can be considered as a unit (e.g. sets or related items), or for partial deliveries, the withdrawal period begins with the receipt of the last item.
Exercising the right of withdrawal
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the deadline expires.
Consequences of revocation
If you withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs for a different type of delivery chosen by you than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. There are no fees for the refund.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately, but at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the revocation. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
Return costs
We will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. We will provide you with a return parcel label for this purpose.
