Service/Repairs


  1. Send us your QNix® gauge with the following information:
    • Detailed description of the fault
    • Contact person for possible questions
    • Contact information of the order processing department
  2. We will test your gauge and give you a cost estimate
  3. After approval, we will carry out the repair and provide a test certificate
  4. Shipping

Complaints during the warranty period


  1. Send us your QNix® gauge with the following information:
    • Copy of invoice or delivery note
    • Detailed description of the fault
    • Contact person for possible questions
    • Contact information of the order processing department
  2. We will check your gauge and the warranty claim
  3. Completion, including a new test certificate 
  4. Shipping

Do you have questions to our calibration service, repair service or technology?

Our aim is to enable you to start using your QNix® gauge again at the soonest possible time. Quick repair service is therefore important to us. Lead time is usually 3-5 business days and to a large extent depends on how quickly we receive approval of the cost estimate.

We offer you a 6-month warranty for repairs and replaced parts.

If you need a rental device to tide you over during the repair, then we can offer you this for a fee. Our sales team will be glad to give you detailed information.

Three-year quality guarantee – Our warranty provisions

Our warranty covers production defects, defective components or defective functions.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Annual test certificates
  • Damage caused by improper handling (for example, housing damage, lost battery compartment lid, contaminated measuring heads and electronics)
  • Damaged bushings due to incorrectly inserted probes
  • Battery contacts damaged by leaked battery acid and corroded circuit boards
  • Damaged rubies or measuring poles (caused by insertion using excessive force)
  • Worn measuring heads
