- Copy of invoice or delivery note
- Detailed description of the fault
- Contact person for possible questions
- Contact information of the order processing department
- We will check your gauge and the warranty claim
- Completion, including a new test certificate
- Shipping
Our aim is to enable you to start using your QNix® gauge again at the soonest possible time. Quick repair service is therefore important to us. Lead time is usually 3-5 business days and to a large extent depends on how quickly we receive approval of the cost estimate.
We offer you a 6-month warranty for repairs and replaced parts.
