We want you to be able to work with your QNix® measuring instrument again as quickly as possible. That is why we place the utmost importance on a fast repair service. The turnaround time is usually 3–5 working days and depends largely on how quickly we receive approval of the cost estimate.
If you need a loan device to bridge the repair period, we will gladly provide you with one for a fee. Our sales team will be happy to give you detailed information.
