We want you to be able to work with your QNix® measuring instrument again as quickly as possible. That is why we place the utmost importance on fast processing of your order. The turnaround time is usually around 3 days.

Recertification

Order processing • We will inspect your measuring instrument and prepare a cost estimate. • After approval, we will carry out the calibration and adjustment as well as any necessary service measures. 3. Shipping

If you need a loan device to bridge the repair period, we will gladly provide you with one for a fee. Our sales team will be happy to give you detailed information.

There are no legal regulations governing the time intervals at which a test device must be calibrated or certified. The test interval of a measuring instrument depends on the respective internal factory requirements of quality management or is determined by the test equipment monitoring department taking into account the individual conditions of use. 

Based on our many years of experience, we recommend an annual inspection and recertification.
